How do fighters apply to an event?
When the event is open for applications and published, a fighter or a gym admin or coach can apply by selecting the fighter profile they want to use. If a fighter applies directly, the gym admin or coach gets an email where they can confirm or reject the application.
What can organizers manage with FightEvent?
Organizers can manage fighter applications, fight cards, matchmaking, weigh-ins, ticket sales, and the live event. During fight night they can move through the fight card, publish results, update venue screens, run PPV streaming with automatic overlays, and replays are automatically available by fight.
What if I want to stream my event?
FightEvent supports PPV streaming for events. Organizers can turn on PPV, sell access online, stream with a mobile phone or their favorite streaming software such as OBS, and get automatic professional stream overlays. Replays are automatically available after the event, including replay access for each fight.
How do organizers sell tickets? Where does the money go?
Organizers connect their organizer account to Stripe through FightEvent. Ticket revenue is collected into their Stripe account. Stripe collects a transaction fee for payments, and FightEvent deducts a small platform fee from ticket proceeds. See the pricing page for more info.
